We always like a good chocolatey blends for the holiday season. This year we chose to work with a medium acidity Fruit forward coffee from Nicaragua and Myssore for strong Chocolate and Cocoa notes without the acidity. The cup starts out fruit forward from uniquely sourced Nicaragua DP varietal we used and then the chocolate comes through as the cup cools to add a character to the blend.
