The Ethiopia Acacia is from the Kurume region in the state of Yirgacheffe. It is grain at a higher altitude of 1800m. It is known for its aromatics from both the coffee and firewood from the tree. In the cup, it has strong notes of Berries, Honey, Milk chocolate and some tartness from plum. As an espresso, highly resembles Geisha like qualities.
